What will the future bring?

I know you have been wondering about my whereabouts
Life hasn't been easy after Troy's death.

My daddy was alway at work and even though I had dog sitters and day care I was always alone.

So on June 23, 2014 I moved in with a family in the north of Germany
.
In the beginning it was just meant to be for two or three months during the high season when daddy had much work at the airport.
Then my new owner fell in love with me and she adopted me.

Here are some pictures of my time there:

 A package from Daddy Heiko

My daddy was so happy to have found a new place until out of the blue he got a letter that Bailey had been given away and was in care of "Wheaten in Need" and was living somewhere else.

As the new owner couldn't deal with me any longer she even wanted to put me under.

Thank GOD the vet said: "NO!"
And I got a second chance.

On June 19, 2016 I moved to another place - temporarily.

And on Septermber 3, 2016 I moved back into the north of Germany where I found a loving place.
Something had happened, I don't remember anymore what, but somehow I don't get along with other dogs anymore.
Here I would have had the option to stay for good with many other dogs,
but it didn't work out.
So my new lady found me a place close to Moscow in Russia.

This will be another move in the mid of October 2016.
I am scared.
My daddy is scared.

 My dad cries a lot.
Even if he took be back home, I would be alone all the time.
This is exactly why he gave me away in June 2014.

My dad believes in miracles and he prays
that trusting in GOD
I will soon be in the most beautiful loving place I have ever been to after my Daddy Troy's death.

Please pray for me.
Please pray for my Daddy Heiko.

Give us peace.
May GOD take away all the pain.
AMEN.

Groundhog day * February 2, 2014

Happy Groundhog's Day
Let's celebrate!!!

Every year on February 2nd people gather to see if Punxsutawney Phil, the famous groundhog from Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania, will see his shadow, signaling that winter will last for another 6 weeks.  If the groundhog does not see his shadow, then summer is right around the corner.  While people wait with bated breath physicists see another application.  What is a shadow and where in this folklore is the science?

A shadow defined by Webster’s Dictionary is “partial darkness or obscurity within a part of space from which rays from a source of light are cut off by an interposed opaque body.”  Basically, it’s an area where the rays of light are blocked by an object.  Light travels in a straight line and if something is in the way that light can’t travel through, the light rays stop and a shadow is cast behind the object that stopped the light.  The edge of the shadow is where the light rays were able to continue to travel because they didn’t run into the object that stopped the light. Imagine rolling a ball into a wall.  Once the ball hits the wall, the ball stops and cannot pass behind the wall.  In this analogy the ball is like a light ray and the wall is like the object.  When the ball can’t pass through the wall it is the same as a light ray being unable to pass through an object.  When this happens, there wouldn’t be light behind the object.

On an overcast day the groundhog wouldn’t see his shadow, but it would see the shadow of all of the clouds that are in the sky.  On a sunny day the groundhog would see his shadow because the clouds wouldn’t block the rays of light and the groundhog would block the ones that hit him.  On Groundhog’s Day many people who haven’t seen a sunny day in many months would love to see the sun come out, but not at the risk of Punxsutawney Phil seeing his shadow and signaling six more weeks of winter. Instead, fingers are crossed for overcast skies and the shadow of clouds engulfing the home of Punxsutawney Phil.

A cute puppy and Football * February 1, 2014

Do you wanna melt away?
My daddy and I have just discovered this extra awesome advertising.
Budweiser shot a very cute ad about 'BestBuds'

And why?
The Americans are getting ready for the Super Bowl 2014 finals on February 2.
As you know my family and friends over there are getting crazy for it.
The Denver Broncos are playing against the Seattle Seahawks in
MetLife-Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
My daddy and I are still a bit 'unfamiliar' with the rules, mmhhhh.

Get ready everybody; this is going to be a Super Bowl of firsts. Aside from being the first outdoor, cold weather Super Bowl, Super Bowl XLVIII is also the first to be hosted by two states: NJ and NY have been preparing for years.

Damn, writing about it we are getting excited, too!!!

This fellow is ready to watch, are you? Enjoy!

Just click on one of the pictures.
Warm Springs Ranch in Boonville, MO, where Budweiser’s Clydesdale horses are bred.
The song is one of my Dad's favourite ones.

Soon it will be gone.
