A new green place called "Home" * July 7, 2013

GALLUS - My old new neighborhood

As you know we had to move out of our appartment,
it was just too expensive and not convenient to rent out a room.

In March 2013 we moved into our new place,
joined by my amazing new friend Sarah from Hamburg.
She is such a sweetheat who likes me a lot. What a blessing!!

It is a very nice appartment on the 2nd floor
(in Europe it is on the 1st floor, the guys here count the storys differently)
with high ceilings in the "Alte Hellerhofsiedlung" from 1905,
still in Frankfurt-Gallus.

We moved some of our plants into our new yard in front of the entrance.
Others we had to give away...
Even our nice Japanese Maple tree, that we got in Munich in 2007,
has found a new spot in the shade.
It is growing nicely next to the peppermint plant
and the box wood bushes.

 The stones are also ours...
Doesn't is look nice?
No more garden, but nice green on the window sills...

The cute solor powered flower, which waggles in the sun,
we got from my dear autie Sandra.
Sage, basil, rosemary, Italian parsley on the kitchen window sill...

... and salad on the window sill of our living room

Happy time at Pond Jabobi in Frankfurt * July 7, 2013

Let's have some fun in the water.
With my friend Luna, who could be my sister, and her daddy Daniel
we spent some fresh time at Jacobiweiher close to Unterschweinsteige in Frankfurt.
Looks a bit like in the "Wild Wild West", right?
A lake hidden in the middle of the green forest...

and with East wind airplanes in reach of your paws...

mmmhhh, the water is too deep...

I love water, but I still have to learn how to swim, one day...

fresh water and not too deep ;-)
My friend Luna can swim like a water rat, amazing!!!
Respect!!
 Who is who?
Where am I????
Of course some food - only for our dads though!!!

What a beautiful building in the middle of Frankfurt-Niederrad:
"The Frauenhof",
another hidden treasure of Frankfurt

Down by the river * July 1, 2013

A hot day and my Daddy took me to the Main River between Nied and Hoechst.
Pozzing around, enjoying the fresh water...
